Chapter I General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe basic matters concerning the conditions and procedures for the use of Internet services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by Star Tool (hereinafter referred to as "site").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms and Conditions)
① These terms and conditions shall take effect by notifying the customer by service screen or other means.
② The site may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions shall take effect by announcing or notifying them in the same way as paragraph (1).

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
① Member: An individual or organization that has entered into a service contract with a site or has been granted an ID.
② Applicant: An individual or organization that applies for membership.
③ ID: A combination of letters and numbers determined by members and approved by the site for identification and service use.
④ Password: A combination of letters and numbers determined by a member to confirm that he/she is a member consistent with the ID given and to protect the member's own secret.
⑤ Cancellation: The cancellation of a service contract by a site or member.
Chapter II Service Contracts

Article 4 (Establishment of a Use Agreement)
① If you press the Agree button at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions, you will be considered to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
② The service contract is established by the site accepting the application after the service user agrees to the terms and conditions.

Article 5 (Application for Use)
① In order for the applicant to use this service, the user information required by the site application form must be recorded and submitted.
② All user information on the registration application form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real name or actual information may not be legally protected and may be restricted from service.

Article 6 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
① The site accepts the application for service use by the applicant, except in the cases of paragraphs (2) and (3).
② The site may withhold approval until the reason for restricting acceptance of the application is resolved in the following cases:
A. Where there is no room for service-related facilities;
B. Where there is a technical impediment.
C. Where other sites are deemed necessary

Article 7 (Change of User Information)
If the member's information entered at the time of application for use is changed, it shall be revised online, and the member shall be responsible for all problems caused by not changing it.
Chapter III Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 8 (Site Obligations)
① The site provides each service to its members.
A. Sending newsletters about new services and domain information
B. Automatically enter personal information when registering additional domains.
C. Various additional services for domain registration and management.
② The site shall not divulge, disclose, or distribute the personal information of the members acquired in connection with the provision of services to others without the consent of the members and shall not be used for commercial purposes other than service-related affairs. Provided, That this shall not apply to cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs:
A. Where a request is made by a state agency pursuant to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, etc.
B. Where the purpose of investigation into a crime or the request of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee is made;
C. Where a request is made in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the relevant statutes;
③ The site is obliged to provide continuous and stable service as prescribed by these Terms and Conditions.

Article 9 (Duties of Members)
① A member shall not perform any of the following acts when using the service:
A. The act of illegally using the ID of another member;
B. Reproducing information obtained from services for purposes other than the use of members without prior permission from the site, or using it for alteration, publication, broadcasting, etc. or providing it to others;
C Violating other rights, such as copyrights of a site, copyrights of others, etc.
D Disseminating information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and customs;
E. An act that is objectively determined to be associated with a crime.
F. Other acts in violation of relevant Acts and subordinate statutes;
② Members shall comply with relevant statutes, matters prescribed in these Terms and Conditions, guidelines for service use, and precautions.
③ Each member shall comply with the usage restrictions posted or separately announced by the site on the service notice.
Chapter IV Service Delivery and Utilization

Article 10 (Members' Obligations to Member IDs and Password Management)
① Members are responsible for managing all IDs and passwords. Members are fully responsible for the negligence of the ID and password assigned to them, and for any consequences of fraudulent use.
② If your ID is used improperly or for other security violations, the member must notify the website of that fact.

Article 11 (Restrictions and Suspensions of Services)
① The site may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in cases of exhibition, incident, natural disaster, or equivalent state of emergency, or other force majeure, such as suspension of telecommunications services by the Telecommunications Business Act.
② When a site restricts or suspends the use of a service pursuant to paragraph (1), it shall notify the members of the reason, period, etc. without delay.
Chapter V Change or Termination of Contracts

Article 12 (Change of Information)
If a member intends to change customer information, such as address, password, etc., he/she may change it using the member information change service on the website.

Article 13 (Cancellation of Contracts)
he member may terminate the service use contract, and in the event of termination, he/she shall directly apply for termination through the service or by phone or online. The site restricts the member's use of the service from the day the application for termination is received. When a member intends to terminate a contract for use under any of the following paragraphs, he/she shall notify the customer of the meaning of the contract by no later than seven days prior to the termination measure and give him/her an opportunity to explain:
① When the customer violates the restriction regulations or fails to resolve the reason for the restriction within the restriction period;
② When the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requested to use it
③ When a customer fails to respond to a statement of opinion without justifiable grounds;
④ When an application has been filed in the name of another person, or a user contract has been concluded by attaching false statements or false documents of the application;
The site may be restricted from subscribing to customers who have been terminated under the above regulations for a separate period.
Chapter VI Compensation for Damages

Article 14 (Exemption Clause)
① The site is exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the service provision or the selection or use of service data.
② Sites are exempted from responsibility in the event of service failure or damage to the member's data due to the member's fault or intentional third party.
③ Sites are exempted from responsibility for the contents of data posted or transmitted by members.
④ In the case of a trademarked domain, the responsibility for any damage or compensation that may result from this lies with the purchased member party, and the site is not responsible for it at all.

Article 15 (Court of Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute between the site and its members regarding the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the site's headquarters shall be the competent court.

(Enforcement Date) These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force in April 2020.
